Snow Peas and Carrots with Ginger

Snow Peas and Carrots with Ginger


  • 1 6-ounce package frozen snow peas
  • 1 lb. frozen baby carrots, whole
  • 1/4 tsp. dried ginger
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste


  • 1. Steam, microwave, or cook snow peas and carrots until tender.
  • 2. Drain.
  • 3. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon ginger and serve. (Sugar snap peas may be substituted for snow peas).
  • 4. Serve warm or chilled.
