Snow Peas and Carrots with Ginger
Ingredients
- 1 6-ounce package frozen snow peas
- 1 lb. frozen baby carrots, whole
- 1/4 tsp. dried ginger
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- 1. Steam, microwave, or cook snow peas and carrots until tender.
- 2. Drain.
- 3. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon ginger and serve. (Sugar snap peas may be substituted for snow peas).
- 4. Serve warm or chilled.
