Risotto Latkes

Being on Decision Free doesn’t mean your shakes need to be boring. Here is a great way to change the flavor and still stay “In the Box”.


  • 1 ® Multigrain Hot Cereal
  • 1 ® Mushroom Risotto Entree
  • 1/4 cup warm water


  • 1. Mix the water and cereal together.
  • 2. Let sit a minute.
  • 3. Stir in the entree.
  • 4. Heat a non-stick skillet on medium until warm.
  • 5. Spray with non-stick spray.
  • 6. Spoon the cereal-risotto mixture into 4 equal portions in the pan.
  • 7. Flatten slightly with a spatula.
  • 8. When the bottom has a brown, crispy crust, turn the latke over to brown the other side.
  • 9. Serve warm.
