Pumpkin Munchers

A light, frozen pumpkin dessert with cool whip, sweetened, and spiced with cinnamon. Can also be baked for pumpkin muffins!
Ingredients
- 15 oz. can of pumpkin
- 1/2 can fat free cool whip
- 2 packets Multigrain Cereal
- 2 packets sweetener
- cinnamon
Directions
- 1. Mix all together
- 2. Spray muffin pan with fat free non-stick spray
- 3. Spoon into pan
- 4. Freeze
- 5. Enjoy!
- 6. You can use the same recipe and bake them in the oven for pumpkin muffins!
