Oven Roasted Sweet Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 cooking spray (Pam or spray butter)
- 2 tsp. minced fresh or dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions
- 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- 2. Peel sweet potatoes and cut each potato lengthwise into eight wedges.
- 3. Put potatoes in bowl, coat with cooking spray and sprinkle on seasonings.
- 4. Coat baking sheet with cooking spray.
- 5. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on baking sheet.
- 6. Bake potatoes for 30 - 40 minutes or until soft and lightly browned, turning wedges after the first 15 minutes.
- 7. Serve immediately.
