    Excellent. I use them to keep me on my program and still loose a few pounds every week. I like the 500 shakes prepackage as it is handy to keep in car or purse and I carry a shaker with me. My favorites are chocolate shake with half cup of coffee fills me up. The chicken soup I use as my main meal with a very small salad. is the only program I believe in and the 500 shakes are great.
