Quality Customer Service Price Value I can see myself eating this cereal every morning for the rest of my life. It is so fulfilling. I put Splenda in it, and with the sweetness mixed with the dried fruit and nuts it is just wonderful. I will make a double serving and it can keep me satisfied for several hours.

Perfect portion to control calories at 25% nutritional daily needs. My wife and I were on a long distance flight aboard a no frills airline when we became very hungry. Fortunately we had access to my flight bag and oatmeal. I opened one bag and I added a little ice water into the packet--so good!
