Enchilada Fiesta
Ingredients
- 1 ® Mexican Style Bean & Beef Enchiladas Entree
- 1/2 cup black beans
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/2 diced avocado
- 2 tbsp. salsa
- 1 tbsp. fat-free sour cream
- 1 dash of garlic salt to taste
Directions
- 1. Heat beans and corn.
- 2. Heat entree.
- 3. Place enchiladas on top of bean and corn mixture.
- 4. Top with avocad, salsa, and sour cream.
