  • 1 ® Five Bean Casserole Entree ripe avocado, diced
  • 1 ripe tomato, diced
  • 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 Dash of Italian herbs
  • 1 Garlic salt to taste


  • 1. Mix all ingredients.
  • 2. Chill for at least one hour.
  • 3. Serve cold.
